Commander College Fort Worth is now in the books. What a great 3 days we had with 70 Commanders from seven states! If you missed Commander College another is being planned for March 11-13, 2010. It will once again be held at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Watch this site for more information as we move closer to the date.

We will also hold Commander College 101 at Houston Baptist University, 7502 Fonderan Road, Houston, TX 77074 on March 25-27, 2010.

Registartion for all Commander Colleges in Texas is $325. for early registration. Registration includes class materials and meals. It does not include travel or lodging. Commander College will start at 8:00 AM with Registration on Thursday morning and conclude with graduation and lunch on Saturday.

NOTE:  Any Commander who brings at least 70% of their Awana Staff to this years Fall Ministry Conference will receive a $100 credit towards Commander College Registration. You will also receive the Approved Leaders Award at Conference, so get your leaders ready to attend Awana Ministry Conference!

At Commander College 101 we cover the 5 Major Hats of a Commander; Advocate, Leader, Shepherd, Administrator and Communicator.

At Commander College 201 we cover: The Discovery of Excellence, Getting Along with the Youth Pastor, Making volunteers Stick, Discovering your Commander Color, Communicating like Jesus; Running an Excellent Club, and much, much more.
